Join us as Dr. Jen Flower presents “Rescue and Rehabilitation of Aquatic Animals”. This talk will focus on the medical care and veterinary needs specific to stranded aquatic animals, with a focus on cetaceans, pinnipeds, sea turtles, and manatees.

The Wildlife Education Series will be monthly educational discussions covering a wide range of topics pertaining to Biology, Ecology, Marine Biology, Animal Behavior, and Veterinary, Animal, and Conservation Sciences held at the Buttonwood Park Zoo in the evening. The format of the seminars will vary based on the topic and speaker, from lecture to problem based learning, and will be geared to inquisitive individuals who are eager to learn and ask questions.
Light refreshments will be served.
A portion of the fee will be given back to the applicable charitable organization surrounding each seminar.
