NEW BEDFORD — Elephants pack creative talents in their trunks.Fifth-grade students at Our Sisters School experienced that firsthand Thursday morning when they watched Emily and Ruth, the two Asian elephants at Buttonwood Park Zoo, use their trunks to create artwork.They cheered as the elephants grabbed brushes filled with non-toxic paint and used their trunks to guide them onto a canvas.
