Community Access Program

The Community Access Program (CAP) helps the Zoo in our mission to be a resource for the community and create future generations of environmental stewards by providing free admission to non-profit community organizations and Title I schools who would not otherwise be able to experience a zoo visit.

Group Criteria

To qualify for the CAP, organizations must be a non-profit that supports community advancement or a Title I school. Admission with CAP is granted based primarily on economic need and location. Admission is not guaranteed and is granted on a first come, first served basis throughout the year. Additionally, the organization is required to submit its tax-exempt documentation upon submission of the application for verification purposes.

Eligible schools and organizations can apply for a maximum of 50 tickets per year.
