The Buttonwood Park Zoo brings learning to life by bringing students into our living classroom. These instructor-led, hands-on programs take place in one of our education classrooms year-round*.
*At-Zoo Programs are not offered during July & August due to ZooCrew.

45 Minute Option
Programs are booked in sessions; each session includes admission for a maximum of 30 students and an unlimited number of adult chaperones. To view our program options, please click the REGISTER NOW button below.

New Bedford Group: $175 per program session
New Bedford Schools: Free
20 Minute Option
Programs are booked in sessions; each session includes admission for minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 30 participants. To view our program options, please click the REGISTER NOW button below.
Non-New Bedford Group: $125 per program session

Cancellation & Deposit Policy
- Education programs are required to pay the full amount of the program at least two weeks prior to the scheduled program. If payment is not received, the program will be canceled.
- If the program is canceled within two weeks, 50% of the payment will be nonrefundable and the remaining amount will be refunded to the program participant. If a program is canceled with more than two weeks’ notice, the full amount will be refunded.
- If a program is scheduled within two weeks, payment must be completed at the time of booking.
