How are you planning to spend April School Vacation Week? The Zoo will offer a full schedule of keeper chats and animal encounters as well as Party for the Planet activities throughout Earth Week.  Don’t miss our Earth Day celebration on Tuesday, April 22, including: Recycle Relay from 10am-2pm. On Wednesday, April 23 at 11am & 1pm,  join us for an Interactive Mosquito Presentation to learn about the life cycle of a mosquito, view real Mosquitoes under a microscope, and learn ways to protect yourself and your families.  The Zoo welcomes Priscilla Matton, an entomologist (bug specialist), & Andrea Lague, public health nurse, for this fun and educational mosquito presentation for children and families!
